CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION
We are always looking for new contributors with quality collections. If you wish to contribute to Maren Vandenberg please follow the guidelines below and we look forward to hearing from you.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are creating an exciting library of creative images focusing on Asia, Renewable Energies and Energy in general. We only accept digital submissions. You must be willing to accept our Rights Managed sales policy. To become a contributor we will need you to sign a Contributor Agreement and agree to the 40% contributor commission. Photographers retain full copyright of their images.
IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Images need to be of a high quality, please ensure images are correctly exposed, are free from excessive noise and grain and are in focus.
In the first instance email up to 10 low res images to mail@MarenVandenberg.com. We will review your images and if we decide your images are suitable we will set up an upload facility and ask you to send an initial submission of high res images for us to 'Quality Control' check your images. All images are reviewed, we will only accept images that pass our QC checks.
IMAGE FORMAT, SIZE AND QUALITY
We require your files as JPEG’s saved at JPEG 12 quality setting. Filenames should only be Alphanumeric ending in .jpg no spaces or symbols please. Files should be either sRGB or Adobe RGB, not single channel greyscale, LAB or CMYK.
Please do not over interpolate to increase file size. If you require more information please contact us for assistance.
DESCRIPTIONS AND KEYWORD INFORMATION
All images will need to have descriptions submitted along with the image files. We require descriptions and keywords to be entered into the file info metadata for each image along with model release information if available.
MODEL RELEASE INFORMATION
If model or property releases are needed then please indicate either on a separate spreadsheet or within the file metadata. Images are more saleable if releases are available. If you require model release forms please let us know and we can provide a pro-forma. |
